We’ve got a Super Coat-only tournament ready to go, to find and reward the best Super Coat racehorses in ZED RUN!
The Super Foal Tournament
The Super Foal Tournament represents ZED RUN’s very first instance of Super Coat utility and our first venture into more niche tournament conditions.
How Does it Work?
The Super Foal Tournament will run in addition to the slated Daily Tournaments as a stand-alone tournament event.
How to Qualify
To qualify for the Super Foal Tournament, your racehorse must place as one of the top 48 ranked Super Coat racehorses in the Keep On Winning Cup qualification standings.
The Keep On Winning Cup qualification period runs from 10 pm UTC, Friday 11th Feb to 10 pm UTC, Saturday 12th Feb.
The top 48 ranked Super Coat racehorses from the Keep On Winning Cup qualification period will qualify for the Super Foal Tournament, regardless of whether or not they qualified for the Keep On Winning Cup.
Important note: The Super Foal Tournament is open to all stable owners for qualification, but only Super Coat racehorses are eligible to qualify. You can find more information on Super Coats in the ZED RUN Guide.
Qualifying Tie Breakers
In the event of tiebreakers after the Qualifying Period ends, the qualifying racehorses will be decided based on the following criteria:
- Highest class points
- If tied on highest class points, higher career races run
- If tied on both highest class points and career races run, selection will be done by our team.
Leaderboards
The Super Foal Tournament will feature a separate leaderboard, displaying the top 48 ranked Super Coat racehorses, so we will be able to keep track of whether your racehorse is in the qualification spots.
A link to this leaderboard will be shared once it goes live.
Tournament Structure
The 48 Super Coat racehorses that qualify will be evenly distributed into four Semi-Finals based on their qualifying rank. Read more about Semi-Final seeding here.
The four semi-final races will all be run at 1200m, 1600m, 2000m, and 2400m, while the Grand Final will be run at 2000m.
The racehorses that finish 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the Semi-Finals will progress to the Grand Final and be awarded prize money. The racehorses that finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Grand Final will be awarded prize money.

Qualifying Period: Friday 10pm – Saturday 10pm (Keep On Winning Cup)
Sunday, 13th February
Semi Final 1: 5pm
Semi Final 2: 5:05pm
Semi Final 3: 5:10pm
Semi Final 4: 5:15pm
Grand Final: 10:30pm
Prize Pool
A total prize pool of $19,500 for the Super Foal Tournament is distributed as follows:

All 48 Super Coat racehorses that qualify for the tournament will win $100, with the chance to win more in the Semi-Finals and Grand Final.
