Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines: The time has come to welcome NASCAR to ZED RUN! On Sunday, October 3rd, NASCAR will make its debut in the ZED RUN universe, coinciding with the running of the YellaWood 500 at the legendary Talladega Superspeedway.
Back in August, we were elated to announce our partnership with NASCAR to bring the look, feel, and fast-paced excitement of auto racing to ZED RUN. Now, we’re excited to announce more details, including the addition of a new aspect of ZED RUN that will add further utility to the game moving forward.
NASCAR ZED Pass
Introducing a thrilling new feature to the game: ZED Passes. The new ZED Pass is a standalone NFT that will reward holders and unlock future in-game utility, as well as special perks you won’t want to miss.
To launch the first special edition of the ZED Pass, NASCAR has collaborated with ZED RUN to release 1,000 NASCAR ZED Passes and will be giving away 100 of these passes on this Sunday, October 3rd for NASCAR Race Day at ZED RUN!
As part of NASCAR Race Day at ZED RUN, 900 NASCAR ZED Passes will be available for purchase on OpenSea. Purchasing and owning a NASCAR ZED Pass will provide additional benefits on future exclusive NASCAR-branded initiatives including special airdrops, entry to exclusive events, and additional perks.
Unveiling the Bill France Sr. Stakes Racetrack
The fast-paced, high-energy feel of legendary NASCAR speedways is charging forward with a celebratory racetrack named Bill France Sr. Stakes, honouring the founder of NASCAR and debuting October 3rd in the ZED RUN ecosystem. From the iconic kaleidoscope of colours speeding by to the grandstands lining the track, ZEDheads will be able to practically smell the asphalt during a race and catch that NASCAR energy.
NASCAR Race Day at ZED RUN
Coinciding with the YellaWood 500 on the Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday, October 3rd, we’ll be launching NASCAR Race Day at ZED RUN. For 24 hours, ZED RUN stable owners who enter into races on the Bill France Sr. Stakes racetrack will go into the draw to win one of 100 free NASCAR ZED Passes!
To enter for your chance to win, all you must do is enter a racehorse to compete on the new Bill France Sr. Stakes racetrack in the 24 hours following the kickoff of NASCAR Race Day, October 3rd at 12am EST. NASCAR is coming to ZED RUN, and we can’t wait to see you there!
